GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL POLICY

AMEquity.in- Anand Manish, SEBI Registered Investment Adviser

At AMEquity.in, our clients are at the center of everything we do. We believe that transparent communication and timely resolution of concerns are essential to building long-term trust. While we strive to address all service queries promptly, there may be instances where a client wishes to raise a formal grievance.

1. What Constitutes a Grievance

A grievance is any complaint or dissatisfaction relating to the investment advisory services provided by AMEquity that is not resolved through routine service-related communication.

2. How to Lodge a Grievance with AMEquity

Clients may raise their grievance by contacting us through:

Upon receipt of a grievance, AMEquity shall acknowledge the complaint and endeavour to resolve it within 30 days.

3. Escalation to SEBI – SCORES

If a client is not satisfied with the resolution provided by AMEquity within the stipulated time, the client may escalate the grievance to SEBI through its centralized grievance redressal system called SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redress System).

SCORES can be accessed via:

The SCORES mechanism follows a structured, time-bound, multi-level process to resolve investor complaints effectively.

4. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

If the investor is not satisfied with the resolution provided through SCORES or wishes to seek resolution through arbitration or mediation, the grievance may be escalated to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanism.

The securities market ODR platform, known as SMART ODR (Securities Market Approach for Resolution through ODR), can be accessed at:

5. Scope & Applicability

This grievance redressal framework applies only to clients who have availed SEBI-regulated investment advisory services from AMEquity. Matters unrelated to advisory services or involving third-party impersonation or fraud fall outside this grievance mechanism.

6. Commitment to Investors

These grievance redressal mechanisms are designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and investor protection. They supplement, and do not replace, other legal remedies available under applicable laws.

7. Complaints Data Disclosure

AMEquity shall display investor complaint data on its website in the format and frequency prescribed by SEBI.
